PLEASE READ “THOROUGHLY” BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:
• DEPOSIT required upon booking! Deposit is non transferable and non refundable. The remainder balance MUST be paid in CASH or ZELLE. Cash App is no longer accepted.
• Please arrive with a clean face.
A complimentary lash wash is included with every service; however, your face and lashes must still arrive clean and free of makeup, oils, and dirt. Any oil on the skin or lashes will break down the adhesive bond and cause premature lash shedding.
If you arrive with an oily or dirty face, any retention issues that occur will be your responsibility. No discounts or complimentary touch‑ups will be provided. You will be required to book a refill or full set appointment, depending on whether at least 50 percent of your lashes remaining.

• Please arrive on time, you have a 15min grace period. After 15min, your appointment will be CANCELED! No extra guest is allowed with you at the time of your service.
• No call/no show will be banned from future booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of service.
•DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER ARTIST WORK! First time clients should always book a full set and removal if necessary.
• A refill is scheduled exactly 14 days after a full set appointment and requires at least 50% of the lash extensions to still be intact.
To maintain a safe and healthy environment, clients who are sick or experiencing any contagious symptoms or infections are required to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Thank you for helping protect the health of others.
